  1. Start by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Once done, remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in your minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it's fragrant and golden.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer, stirring continuously.
  5. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese along with the red pepper flakes. Keep stirring until the sauce is nice and smooth.
  6. Now, return the chicken to the skillet, coating each piece beautifully in that luscious sauce. Let everything heat through for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve your chicken alongside crispy fries, garnishing with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
