Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz rotini pasta Can substitute with favorite pasta shape.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced Leftover rotisserie chicken works well.
Vegetables and Dressing
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated For garnish.
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper For flavor adjustment.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions until it's al dente.
  3. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it down.
Mixing the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced cooked chicken, chopped Romaine, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Gently toss the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Chilling
  1. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
