Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions until it's al dente.
- Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it down.
Mixing the Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced cooked chicken, chopped Romaine, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Gently toss the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Chilling
- Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
