Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and diced bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, milk, and egg until combined.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish and top with dollops of the biscuit mixture.

- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
