Baking
- Bake on the middle rack for 35-50 minutes, starting to check at 35 minutes for doneness.
- The edges should be set and lightly golden, with the center slightly jiggly. Use a thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
