Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour your countertop and roll or stretch the pizza dough to your preferred thickness.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle, ensuring to coat the cooking area well.
  4. Place the stretched dough on the oiled griddle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns golden.
  5. Carefully flip the dough and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the cooked side.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and add your chosen toppings evenly over the sauce.
  7. Cover the pizza with a lid, inverted sheet pan, or a large metal bowl. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, use a spatula to remove it, slice, and serve hot.
