- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Lightly flour your countertop and roll or stretch the pizza dough to your preferred thickness.
- Drizzle olive oil on the griddle, ensuring to coat the cooking area well.
- Place the stretched dough on the oiled griddle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns golden.
- Carefully flip the dough and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the cooked side.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and add your chosen toppings evenly over the sauce.
- Cover the pizza with a lid, inverted sheet pan, or a large metal bowl. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, use a spatula to remove it, slice, and serve hot.
