Cooking the noodles
- Cook the thick noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir-fry
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
- Toss in the colorful vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

To store Beef Lo Mein, let it cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. If freezing, it can be kept for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or skillet on low heat.
