  • 8 oz Thick noodles
  • 1 lb Beef strips Cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups Colorful vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli) Chopped
Sauces and aromatics
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 in Ginger Minced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil For cooking
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the noodles
  1. Cook the thick noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir-fry
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. Toss in the colorful vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything well.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
