  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Adjust to taste

  • 2 scallions Green onions, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the thick noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add colorful vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
