  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and mixed vegetables, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return the beef to the pan, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss to combine.
  5. Add the cooked lo mein noodles and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
