Preparation
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high until the surface is shimmering and hot.
- Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the cooking area.
- Lay the sliced beef in a single layer and let it sear without crowding for 3 to 4 minutes until browned on the edges but still slightly pink inside.
- Transfer the beef to a plate and cover loosely to keep warm.
- In the same hot surface, add the broccoli florets. Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the griddle. Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir and toss for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is heated through and coated with sauce.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice or noodles.
