  • 1 piece ripe banana Make sure the banana is ripe for best flavor.
  • 1 cup oats (rolled or quick oats, or oat flour) Can substitute with whole wheat flour.
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk Regular milk can be used if not avoiding dairy.

Preparation
  1. Add the banana, oats, and non-dairy milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. If using any add-ins like cinnamon, chocolate chips, or blueberries, add them in now.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter into small pancakes (about 1/4 cup each).
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to set.
  4. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fruit, nut butter, or yogurt.
