  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Choose fillets of similar thickness for even cooking.
  • 4-6 oz Boursin cheese (plain or garlic & herb) Use less for milder flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Generously drizzle over each fillet.
  • to taste Salt Boursin contains seasoning; use sparingly.
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground enhances flavor.
  • optional servings Asparagus, broccoli, or cooked rice For serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place fillets skin-side down on the lined sheet.
  3. Drizzle each fillet generously with olive oil and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over the top of each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and appears opaque throughout.
  2. Serve immediately with chosen sides.

Notes
