Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Topping and Baking
- In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons butter, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping over the muffin batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
