Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or preferred hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Main ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces can substitute with chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat thoroughly in the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, giving the basket a gentle shake halfway through the cooking time.
Serving
  1. Once the chicken is golden and crispy, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
  2. Serve hot over steamed rice or with fresh veggies on the side.
