Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the parmesan, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to help the coating stick. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Add the oiled shrimp to the parmesan mixture. Toss gently until each shrimp has a light, even coating.
Cooking
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t crowd them—cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping halfway through. They should be opaque and slightly firm when done.
Serving
- Remove the shrimp, squeeze fresh lemon juice over them, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
