- Slice the pickles into thick slices, about 1/4 inch.

Coating and Cooking
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off, then coat thoroughly with the cornmeal mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the coated pickles in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
