  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons Juice of
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Can substitute with vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, ensuring an even coating.
  3. Coat the chicken in grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth, stirring to scrape up any flavorful browned bits.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the sauce for a minute.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
